The Italian Benevolent Society is the oldest independent Italian Club in the United States. Established in 1881 as charitable institution to aid the Families of the Italian Miners that worked the mines in the Amador County gold mining community. Our club has been in continuous operation for the past 142 years.
The club hosts an Annual picnic and parade the first Sunday’s weekend in June. We have an 8500 square foot recreation hall and 20 acre grounds. Our facility is available for rent and catered events and we offer booth rental space at our Picnic Grounds in June.

ITALIAN FESTIVAL PARADE
We cordially invite you to join us in celebrating the ITALIAN PICNIC PARADE to be held in Sutter Creek, CA on Sunday, June 7th, 2026.
If you or your group is interested in participating, please complete the registration form linked below and return to the address on the entry form. There is no Entry Fee.
All parade entries must be post-marked by Wednesday, May 22, 2026. Notification of acceptance of you or your group will be forth coming upon receipt of your entry. Position numbers, parking and other necessary information will be sent to you prior to the parade date of June 7th, 2026.
